Sizing Info
You’ll find a size chart on every product page, but most items are true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, I’d recommend going up a size from your usual.

Shipping Details
We offer secure, tracked shipping worldwide! Orders ship from the closest warehouse, whether that's the US, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, or Spain. Typically, deliveries take between 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you’re located. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Feel free to contact us anytime to check on your order's status!

Refunds
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong size, we’ll make sure to send you the correct one or offer a refund. Lost packages will either be refunded or replaced.

Returns
All sales are final, but if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out! We offer a 30-day window from the time your order is delivered for exchanges or returns. For size swaps or refunds, please contact us at info@insultclub.com. Keep in mind, return shipping and replacement shipping costs will be your responsibility for size exchanges.

We’re a group of friends from Lisbon who set out to do something different—create designs that reflect who we are and share them with the world. What started as a passion project turned into a journey full of creativity, late nights, and plenty of good vibes.
